At MelaninBrand™, we’ve made our license simple and clear so you know exactly what you can — and cannot — do with your purchase.

Our products come with Resell Rights, not Private Label Rights (PLR) or Master Resell Rights (MRR). Please read carefully.

âś… What You CAN Do

When you purchase a MelaninBrand™ product, you may:

  • Sell the product as your own and keep 100% of the profits
  • Rebrand the product with your name, logo, colors, and brand identity
  • Edit, modify, rename, or customize the content
  • Sell the product as-is or modified
  • Bundle it with other products
  • Offer it as a bonus
  • Use it as a lead magnet or content upgrade
  • Use the content on your website, blog, or email list
  • Use the material in memberships, workshops, webinars, or courses
  • Incorporate it into physical products
  • Use it in audio or video format

No attribution or credit to MelaninBrand™ is required.

❌ What You CANNOT Do

To protect the integrity of our brand and all customers, you may NOT:

  • Transfer your resell license to anyone else
  • Sell, give away, or pass on Resell Rights
  • Sell Master Resell Rights (MRR)
  • Sell Private Label Rights (PLR)
  • Allow your customers to resell the product
  • Allow your customers to edit and redistribute the product
  • Give away the product with resale rights included
  • Sell or distribute the license itself
  • Offer the product on auction sites
  • Sell the content as a Kindle book (violates Amazon’s terms)

In simple terms:
Your customers can purchase and use the product — but they cannot resell it or receive any resale rights.

Your license is non-transferable and non-sublicensable.

Responsibility & Content Use

By purchasing from MelaninBrand™, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing the content before publishing or selling.
  • You are responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and suitability for your audience.
  • If you brand the material under your business name, you accept full responsibility for how it is used.

Enforcement

Violation of these terms may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your license
  • Revocation of access
  • No refunds
  • We protect our brand and our customers seriously.

These licensing terms are subject to change at any time.
It is your responsibility to review the current terms before using or distributing any MelaninBrand™ products.

Questions & Answers

  • PLR (Private Label Rights) products are digital resources (ebooks, graphics, templates, courses, etc.) that you can rebrand, edit, and sell as your own.

  • Yes. You can modify, add your branding, change content, and package the products under your own name per the license terms.

  • Yes, you can sell on Etsy!

  • Yes. Using them as bonuses, giveaways, or in bundles is allowed unless the specific product license restricts promotional usage.

  • No, you cannot give away the PLR files for free.

You resell the product under your own brand but you cannot pass on PLR or resell rights.

  • Yes. Each product includes a clear license file detailing permitted uses, and restrictions.

  • Yes, translation is typically allowed unless restricted in the license. You may need to ensure quality and not misrepresent the original.
